How far in advance do I need to plan my trip?
Depending on the destination we can book as little as 2 months out. For overseas & top destinations, we recommend 9-12 months or more for larger groups!

Is there any money down?
Nope! We know you have many options to explore and booking a trip can be a big commitment. Our primary goal is to get a scope of what you need to see if we can serve you well.

How does payment work?
Our service fee is included in your trip cost. Meaning, you don't pay anything until a trip is confirmed and the service fees are included in your overall trip budget. They are determined by the scope of the services you request and agreed upon up front, so you won't get charged for something you don't need!

What if I'm just gathering information but not ready to book yet?
That's what we're here for! We'd still love to talk with you and give you an idea of what we can do so you have all you need once you are ready.

Can you customize a tour itinerary?
Absolutely! We want your experience to be as unique as you are. Our sample itineraries are great starting points but we can add, change & take away to fit your needs.

What if you don't offer the destination I want to visit?
No problem! We love expanding our horizons to new destinations and exploring new areas.

What size groups do you work with?
Families to large corporations! Our sweet spot is 10-100. However, we likely aren't the best fit if your group is over 200!
