What services do you provide?
We assist your planning team from start to finish with services including: Group Flights, Accomodations, Travel Insurance, Transportation, Meals, Excursion Packaging, Private Event & Meeting Planning, Guide services and so much more! ​

How far in advance do I need to plan my trip?
We recommend at least 6 months in advance for your corporate event. ​

Is there any money down to start planning?
Nope! Service fees are determined based on what you need, nothing more! We provide full transparency on the front end before we start any paid services. Your trip deposits are not due until an agreed upon date once an event is confirmed.

What if you don't offer the destination we want to plan an event?
No problem! We love expanding our horizons to new destinations and exploring new areas.
